Old Business

Mrs. Scales spoke a few minutes on fundraising at school.  She explained her policy on fundraisers.  The student council selects one organization to help a year.  Beyond that fundraisers are limited to PTO, school, mitten tree, and food baskets.  She realizes there are many worthwhile organizations but we are a school and our main job is to educate.

New Business

Bonnie announced the nominating committee for next year.  It will be Carol Mesker, Melissa Edris and Marci Schmitt.  If anyone is interested in a board position they should contact one of the nominating committee members.  We will have several chair positions open for anyone interested in those.

Meeting Adjourned at 9:56 a.m.

Our next meeting will be Tuesday, March 2 at 9 A.M.

Respectfully submitted,

Carol Mesker, secretary
